We've made it easy to open an account with us. Our application kits have all the forms you need to open your account and move funds from your current custodian to your account with IRA Plus Southwest. If you have any questions, feel free to call and we'll be glad to help you.
All of our forms are fillable Adobe Acrobat files - Just type in the information on the the forms, then print, sign, date and mail the forms to us. There is a checklist to help you make sure you have included everything.
